1. Reginaldo Ecclissato, CSCO, Unilever
Country: UK
With a career history spanning more than 30 years, Ecclissato has extensive experience in supply chains and developing in emerging markets. In his role as Chief Business Operations and Supply Chain Officer Ecclissato oversees 11 countries and 12 product categories delivering high levels of growth.
He joined Unilever in 1991, and is a graduate of USP - Universidade de São Paulo, holding a degree in electrical and electronics engineering.
Two years into his career at Unilever, Ecclissato was handed responsibility for building a new factory and the production of a new category: powder detergents.
2. Clare Harris, CSCO, Shell
Country: Netherlands
Harris leads Shell’s global supply chain operations, and is responsible for working with its 24,000 contractors and suppliers, to deliver $41.5bn per year of non-hydrocarbon goods, services, marine, air and road logistics needed.
She joined Shell in 1998, and aside from one year at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office has been with the company for that entire time.
Harris says she is “passionate about leading performance and transformation in service of energy transition and sustainability”.
3. Paul Babbs, CSCO, H&M
Country: Germany
Babbs is an experienced retail supply chain leader, having worked previously for the likes of Kraft Foods, Marks & Spencer, and Adidas, with whom he worked for 13 years, working his way up from VP Global Supply Planning to its CSCO. He is a graduate of The Universities of Manchester and Huddersfield, as well as Harvard Business School Executive Education.
4. Ian Dale, CSCO, GE Healthcare
Country: UK
As a leading global medical technology and digital solutions innovator, GE HealthCare enables clinicians to make faster, more informed decisions through intelligent devices, data analytics, applications and services, supported by its Edison intelligence platform. Dale has been with the company for 12 years, working his way up from Global Supply Chain Leader of Life Sciences, a role that saw him head up its pharmaceutical diagnostics business.
5. Maxime Picat, Chief Purchasing & Supply Chain Officer, Stellantis
Country: France
Picat is an experienced supply chain and automotive leader, having worked in the industry for the past 15 years. Prior to his current role, he worked for Groupe PSA, the French multinational automotive manufacturing company whose brands include Peugeot, Citroën, DS, Opel and Vauxhall. He was also based in China for four years with DongFeng Peugeot Citroen Automobile, the a joint-venture sedan manufacturer.
6. Magne Setnes, CSCO, Heineken
Country: Netherlands
Setnes is currently the CSCO of the brewer, Heineken. Now in his third spell at the company, he has previously served as Global Director of Supply Chain Control and Senior Director Global Commerce Innovation. He has also worked for Brau Union Österreich AG, a heineken-owned company, where he was MD. Setnes holds an MSc in Electrical Engineering and a Ph.D. in Engineering and Computer Science from Delft University of Technology.
7. Simon O’Neill, CSCO, Gartner
Country: UK
An accomplished leader and influencer, O'Neill says his strengths “lie in creating and implementing demand-driven supply chain solutions”. He has over 25 years of experience in blue chip consulting and industries across planning, logistics, procurement, manufacturing and commercial.
8. Ewan Andrew, President of Global Supply and Procurement, Diageo
Country: UK
For the past 21 years, Andrew has been an integral leader for drinks company, Diageo, which owns 200 brands sold in 180 countries, including the world's best-selling Scotch (Johnnie Walker), gin (Tanqueray), vodka (Smirnoff) and stout (Guinness). In his role as CSCO Andrew is responsible for the company’s global operations, technical, engineering, supply chain and procurement teams.
9. Oscar de Bok, CEO, DHL Supply Chain
Country: Germany
De Bok has been with DHL Supply Chain 24 years, and in that time has held a variety of leadership roles. He says of himself and role: “I’m passionate about our people and the technologies that have potential to transform the world in which we work and live. What excites me is how we can leverage data together with these technologies to improve and streamline the supply chains of our customers worldwide and make them more sustainable.”
10. Sami Naffakh, Chief Supply Officer, Reckitt

For 30 years, Naffakh has served the supply chain and manufacturing sectors, working in FMCG companies such as Unilever, Danone and Estée Lauder. In his current role, he is responsible for overseeing the global end-to-end supply chain operations.
