Waleed Al Saeedi, the Director of Procurement at Abu Dhabi Government, is a visionary leader who has transformed the procurement landscape. He spearheaded multiple initiatives, leveraging digital tools and sustainable practices to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Notably, he earned the CIPS Platinum Certification in record time, a prestigious honour achieved by only 12 organisations worldwide. Mr. Al Saeedi's exceptional work earned him over a dozen award nominations, including the "Top 10 Supply Chain Executives of the World" recognition by Supply Chain digital magazine and the "Procurement Leader Award 2020" from Future Procurement Leaders. After a few years in the hospitality industry, Phil is now back in the FMCG world working with the team at YF.
